8/5/10 – poem

Inspired, I guess, from Twitter being down right now.  That, and the debilitating longing for that one single momentarily perfect word.

it will all crash
maybe
birds on a wire
forget to balance
felled
falling
fail

  1. beautiful,
love the way you do it.
    😉

  2. Maybe one of the storms on the east coast knocked out their system….still it lead to a good poem. 😉

  3. I hope it doesn’t crash…
When I was in Dallas-TX, at just about 6pm every evening, I used to observe these electric lines full of birds at every light!!! It was quite amazing… the lines used to be so full of these birds, that sometimes the line itself could not be seen… and they all sat so neatly, and if one flew away, another would come and take its place…
If only humans had that sense of organization 🙂

    Btw, I hope Twitter’s up! It’s been ages since I checked 🙂
    Hope the heart’s doing good…. 😀

  4. I hope it’s back on again…you have created an excellent poem…hope you’re doing fine my friend xxxx (Thanks so much for visiting me) xx

  5. Good poem Lawrence.
I think that it will, indeed, all crash some day, due to the Uber Hacker who must be hatching somewhere at this very moment.
